Kokoda Historical are offering a very special ANZAC Day 2009 trip. We are offering two tours one starting at the northern beach heads Package Deal 2 a 14 day tour that will start at Sanananda taking in Buna and Gona. The other tour will start at Kokoda and make its way to Ower's Corner on Package Deal 1. At Kokoda both groups will be welcomed by traditional dancers and by our Legends family. We are planning to make this our biggest ANZAC Day ever!

Kokoda Dancers

We will make our way up to Isurava on ANZAC eve, where we will be met by the ladies from Kokoda who will treat us to a banquet at our pre-booked campsite. Waking up on the Isurava Battlefield we will attend the offical ANZAC Day dawn service. Our very own guide and resident historian Mr Gary Traynor will play the bugle as he sounds the last post. We will then continue on with our historically guide trek accross the Kokoda Track, this trip will be a special one indeed taking in some extra places of interest that other tours groups very rarely see.

Interested trekkers are urged to express their interest early as this is a trek not to be missed. Kokoda Historical has a 100% success rate and we believe we offer the best value tour at the most competitive price.
