We will be trekking through dense jungle in a tropical environment. Remember you are at risk of dehydration and tropical disease. It is imperative that you see a doctor at least 2 weeks prior to departure. They will prescribe anti-malarial medication; some tablets require you to start taking them prior to your trek. Your doctor will also advise on any inoculations that will be required.

- Anti malarial tablets (as prescribed by your doctor)
- Tropical Strength Aero guard or Rid Mosquito repellent (no aerosol cans please)
- Panadol or Aspirin
